Question by : What are the chances at least one of my creditors will object to my bankruptcy petition?
So I’m almost done paying off my attorney’s fees and court costs and my case is about to go on file. The big thing I’m a bit worried about is that one of my creditors might object to the bankruptcy (I’m filing a Chapter 7). What exactly are the chances of that happening?

Very slim, I had one that tried to object to the bankruptcy but since they could not prove that we took a computer in exchange for the credit they had to abide by the ruling of the court.
